Provident Financial took the decision to de-merge its international wing and rebrand it IPF, requiring over 200 people to relocate from Bradford to Leeds in six months.
The Manser Practice worked with the client team to understand and interrogate their business model then illustrate how a new environment could be designed to support such a model and their ways of working. We partnered with all organisations including the contractor to ensure that their vision could be delivered to meet the programme. In addition the client had an art collection which was incorporated into the fabric of the design to give maximum benefit for both staff and guests.
The project was delivered on time and on budget whilst creating a flexible environment that supported the new business model, for example taking the number of cellular offices from around from 60% in Bradford to 10% in the new building. This was recognised nationally when the project was awarded a BCO Award in 2007.
